I caught this segment on my way to work today. I haven't placed a bet in 10 years but I do remember to avoid games where the line changes dramatically. If VaTech went from 2.5 dog to a 2.5 favorite, no way am I touching that game (he recommended Vatech -2.5) after losing 5 points. There was another game he mentioned to take the dog getting 23.5 after line had moved from 24.5 earlier in the week. That seems like a bad play long term to give up a critical number with a big dog.
