I was listening to the Bears post game in the car and Joniak was droning on about how great it was to finally win the division and thanks to all the fans and it's been a long time since they've been in this position. Thayer let him finish and said "Are you gonna cry?". It was pretty funny. |

Thayer was terrific today. Told some cool anecdotes about the '85 era Bears. Had thoughts on Cutler's prickishness in Denver and how it contributed to the demise of Josh McDaniels' tenure there. He made the show listenable. |

Thayer has been entertaining and meshes well with Mulligan (unlike Wittenmeyer, who really should NEVER be allowed to co-host again). It's been quite a relief to hear someone other than Haugh in the mornings over the past few days. |

Holy shit he just went after Derrick Rose right out of the gate on Mully and Haugh ( sitting in with Zach) this morning . Zach tried slobbering all over Rose ( comparing him with Gayle Sayers ) and Thayer was having none of it . |
