I don’t think there’s anything that can kill Bear momentum quite like Gordon Wittenmyer. They must really be trying to drive listeners away by bringing in this guy to fill-in. The Chicago Bears are the hottest thing around and they want to bring in a baseball guy. Mulligan must really be concerned about his job. He refuses to work with anybody that has the slightest bit of personality and may make him look awful but for me anyone is better than Haugh. |

With Hanley being let go, I would think his time is ticking. |

He’s on no matter what season. It’s as annoying as Biggs time in May. |

I was listening as they came on at 5 and Gordo had an interesting ( informed ? ) take on the Cubs / Kris Bryant . Said the Cubs already know he’s not going to re-sign here and that Baez will be the guy they choose to give the big contract to when they’re both up, which also means that knowing they’re only paying one of the two, that Harper is still in play financially for the Cubs even though they’re crying broke. |

Nice change of pace. Mully & Haugh together talking gets old. |

I want 3 seasons of Bryant, Rizzo, Harper, and Baez together. Then Bryant can do whatever he wants. Figure it out later after another World Series trophy or 2. |

Wittenmeyer says that's not going to happen because the Cubs aren't going to make a legitimate run at Harper even though they are financially well positioned to do so. |

Not arguing that this hasnt been dissected every which way a dozen times already. More of an observation of Wittenmyer being both boring AF and a baseball guy will drive away most casual sports fans that want all Bears right now. I think they made a good choice of bringing Thayer in to placate the listener. He will talk Bears and is not boring AF. |

6:30 to 7am was 30 minutes of ryan pace dick sucking. by the way, the workaround to credit ryan pace for kyle fuller is to say he was smart enough match the GB offer sheet. |
