These guys are abso-fucking-lutely brutal trying to grasp at any straw they can for a positive spin from Cubs camp. Darvish pitched 1 & 1/3 inning, and walked Four guys. "But its something to build on!" First of all, 90% of spring training stats and outings are bullshit. The hitters are way ahead of the pitchers, and guys may just be working on something specific. OMG Bryan hit a home run! Krissy is back! OMG Darvish didn't leave the mound on a gurney! World Series here we come! I get that you are the Cubs flagship, but seriously. This rah rah stuff on games that are happening in February needs to stop ASAP. |
