Big mistake. Shaving an hour off M/H is fine but 5@5 was the best segment on the station.

Now it’s 6 topics with just Mulli and Haugh.

Definite downgrade

Dustin Rhodes on 5@5 was one of the only guys at the Score to speak freely, and not spew the scripted company line. Agree, or disagree with him.

He's also a troll. You would get tired of him in large and steady doses.

Dustin is Stugotz-lite. When I lived in Chicago, I kept waiting for him to appropriate Stugotz' "personal record book."

Never said I wanted to hear him in large doses but thank you for telling me what I would get tired of.

They're gonna need a guy like him (Kimbrel). I don't think you can go out and acquire another Greg Kimbrel.
-Len Kasper on Mully & Haugh-

Thank God Len.

Point taken on the "tired" comment, that was a bit presumptuous on my part. However, that guy has to be doing a bit. No one is that big of a meatball.

Truth is, I don’t much care if he’s being genuine. His meatball, don’t give a fuck perspective is a welcome change of pace. Especially during that show.

Wonder if the 5@5 segment was broken up because Rhodes, ZP were rocking the Cubs boat too much. Look at Len making a fool out of himself with his Kimbrel praise during an interview because of fear.

this show is legit unlistenable to now there is no 5@5.

the score is unlistenable from 5am-2pm.

espn is unlistenable from 5am-7am and 12pm-2pm (starting monday).

radio is dead as a door knob...black and abdullah should leave the industry if they have any hope of having a job post 2025...and that's not saying either of them deserve to have there own show...

Pick 6@6 is dreadful. The Score had classic honest old-time radio last year Cubs postgame a few times from Joe's restaurant. Coomer hosted. Gossage , Joe, Gary Matthews , Dernier. Bunch of other guys whoever was in town. It was terrific. Sarge and Joe honestly talking hitting. Gossage calling out guys like Joe right in front of him. Joe actually admitting salaries dictate a lot of his moves. I've got it downloaded. 5@5 was the only thing at the Score that came close to it. The Score doesn't want honest opinions about the Cubs. That's pretty obvious. Perfect timing for Kap and Hood. Hopefully Hood doesn't go sjw and turn listeners away.
