when I first heard about Briggs scenario and the fact that nobody was hurt, it was a perfect scenario for the North show to jump on it with some type of bit.

Make up an excuse for Briggs, etc.

Of course you get nothing

Within 15 mins of the start of M&H, they got right into it and some of the stuff wass hysterical, as in

"What do you find on the side of the road....

some black guy calls in with...Hookers with Blackhawk tickets!"

This is frequently a great segment, often much funnier than any of the more structured and forced efforts on B&B (most notably WYC, but also any of the Friday Fung offerings, too).

I passed by the Briggs memorial this weekend. I cannot believe someone who took that route actually came out alive.
