They cut up some callers for the new comemrcials and pretty sure there is a "I can listen to my radio again" is the first one they use?

Something about "I now enjoy my drive to work."

Heard the same commercial. Also included a "Mulli and Hanley talk CHICAGO SPORTS."

Definite shot at North.

if you were double digits old you would know that same shit is said for every new host on every station in the entire country. every time. what are they going to say "oh my drive to work wasn't great before but at least now when i crash i will be sleeping" gimme a break...

maybe its true Ike? Most in Chicago that listened to Mike and Mike listened because the other choice sucked donkey balls. However, now there is a local choice that is done by sports guys that have integrity and are professionals. The class clown to me was funny in middle school. I didnt need him on the radio in the mornings.

it is a shot, but I agree somewhat with Ike (now that's scary) that they would under normal circumstances say that the new product is better than the old..."new and improved" and all...

The new promos for "Mully & Hanley" in morning drive are not just a parting shot at Mike North, but a shot at "Mike & Mike" on ESPN Radio as well.
