Why do that when you can use Bartosch in the 10-12 slot, either solo or with Paruch? You're not happy with your Mully/Hanley mornings?

I like it as well! Always liked the Sunday night Joe Bartosch show and I have always thought he would be a very good morning guy.

If Mac and Harry can make it work, anyone should be able to.

I really dislike the three-man booth, either on TV or on radio. I'd vote to keep Mully and Hanley as is, and I like Beebo's suggestion of Bartosch with Paruch in the 10-12 slot.

I agree. Three + man teams get out of hand. Its hard to tell who is saying what and there is a lot of talking over people. When you add guests its out of hand.

It allows one of the guys to fall asleep, as has been alleged many times of Jurko

I'm for anything to help Mully and Hanley. Once again, Mulligan was yelling this morning and I just wanted to ask why?

Paruch and Bartosch, no way. Would get too strange. They are too similar.

Best show on the Score for years is B&B and you have 2 guys whose lives could not be more different.

Biggest show maybe in Score history was North and Jiggs.

Not saying it always works, as the Telander v. Hood shows proved that, but then again, I have and always will blame Hood for that one, he had his shot and blew it.

Learn from the sage dannnnmcneiill life is much better when you make the most out of the scenario you might not have loved.

I like Joe Bartosch doing sports updates, because he does it his own way. He has his own style & approach which sounds different than the other guys doing the 30 minute local updates, and I think he writes his own material. He's a good listen in my opinion. I wish "The SCORE" would use him a lot more doing updates, and much less Matt Rodewald. By the way, was that Rodewald or was that LL Cool J the other day doing traffic with the Jimmy Fallon-looking Rob Elgas & Zoraida Sambolin on NBC 5 trying to dance on the morning show at Studio 5?

When is Joe ever on the air on 670-AM? I seriously haven't heard him in ages?

I wish I could help you with that one. I think Joe is in a rotation with Brian "Whipping Boy" Paruch, Mike Bloomberg, Mike Esposito, Matt Rodewald & Steve Olken among the other "SCORE" update anchors. I think their scheduled shifts hinge on whether there's a White Sox game at night on SportsRadio 670, while George Ofman & Fred Huebner appeared to have traded shifts. Ofman now updates weekday mornings, with Huebner now providing updates middays & afternoons... Also, Bartosch is one of the producers for the Newsradio 780 WBBM/Bears' Radio Network during football season. A gut feeling? Bartosch might get the call Saturday morning when "Whip" wakes up sports fans starting at 8a or when Jesse Rogers flies solo on "Hit & Run" Sunday morning at 9a before the Sox & Royals...

I haven't heard Steve Olken do an update in a year, and when he did, he gave B&B the "Dr. Gootum Gopta" drop. Is he even with the station any longer?

Steve Olken's face is still on the 670thescore.com Personalities page. He hasn't done as much work with WSCR SportsRadio since his Saturday morning show with Dave Baum left the air in favor of Brian "Whipping Boy" Paruch. When Steve's on, he has done sports updates on weekend mornings only. That is all I know about Olken...
