Let me toss an extra Kudos to Joe and Rock for the production of BIG Doug and a huge assist to the CALLERS!

Nothing on Radio makes me laugh nearly as much as this segment.

The Pirates calling Doug, good stuff.

The parody songs excellent

Best call of the day, KG call!

Even Dougs corney jokes are funny, because it's Doug telling them!

Totally agree... usually the highlight of my Friday morning. The songs are great, the callers were great, well produced, and the segment actually has a point to it. Hell, it is even sponsored!

And I have laughed multiple times at the "born and raised as Big Doug" line in the White Sox song.

Doug might be one of the most truely humble guys of all time. His stats put him up as one of the best Bear players of all time, his college stats are great, yet he never ever mentions them.

Greatest example. Doug on air with maybe Mulli? Hub? Zach? didn't matter , and they are talking NFL draft and how a person performs iont he Blue Gey game. The discussion goes on for plenty of time, 10-15 minutes. The other host says the player they are talking about was MVP of the Blue Grey game, Doug says that doesn't mean anything. The other host, begs to differ, says it must mean something? Doug adds, I was MVP of that game my Senior year, it means nothing. The other hosts almost stops the show laughing and says, here we are talking about the Blue Grey game and not once in 20 minutes did you mention you were the MVP of the game?

Thats humble. Or maybe a few too many shots to the head.

Great job Bigfan, the " Big Doug " segment of the Mully and Hanley Show was always entertaining. From the opening, through the voice messages, the picks and the banter between Big Doug and the hosts and the musical tributes. Also, I always made it a point to listen to Doug and O.B. after a Bears loss. When they went off, it was great radio. Doug calling out the whole team, " the offense sucked, the defense sucked. special teams sucked, the coaching staff sucked " etc. was the best rant ever. Who can forget O.B.'s screaming of two words that hit home with every Bear's fan, "DICK JAURON ?

Agreed. Cannot get enough Doug + OB. I am a big fan of Chicago NFL live, too.

I find Mully's fake laugh hilarious. His fake laugh makes me laugh for reals!
