I couldn't sleep this morning, so I had the radio on at the start of the Mulli and Hanley show today for about the first 30 minutes. Is this time period normally designated for the dumb callers? Perhaps these are the holdovers from overnight. My goodness! They let some guy ramble on for minutes about how all he hears all over the place is Cubs talk, and that he wants to hear about the White Sox fans. Yes, he actually said, he wants to hear about White Sox fans and why they keep losing. Whatever.

Then another guy calls and says that all the media, including Mulli and Hanley never gave Bradley a chance and that alluded to the fact that the media wants guys to fail. It took this guy over a minute of rambling before you got his point though.

These two calls were beyond Boers and Bernstein dumb. Irritating, yet entertaining at the same time. But geeesh, Mulli and Hanley despite trying to talk some logic into both guys at times was pointless because they let the morons keep talking over them. I wish I had their patience, but then again, they are two credible writers and talkers, so I guess they have thicker skin than I do. Good for them.

I can guarantee between 5:45 and 6:00 there is going to be some
bonehead caller. Sometimes they are funny but most times they
sound like they are still drunk from the night before.

There was also the caller who claimed Derek Rose & Milton Bradley were being targets for the media while Patrick Kane was getting a pass.

Yup...media only targets black players.

Wasn't Kane's mugshot on the cover of both papers? Whatever.

This past week from 5-6am has been a painful listen (only time i catch the show). Mully has totally ignored his pathetic White Sox and Brian (don't call me Colmes) Hanley are focusing in on Cubs 24/7.
