I heard that segment with Adamle. When he took off his shirt I thought Mully was going to start crying. I'm sure it was bad, but I didn't really need to get an image of what they were seeing. My question is why did Adamle feel the need to show them ?

2.4 mile swim
112 mile bike ride
26.2 mile run (full marathon)

and people have done this shit in under 9 hours.
