Races, 1, 2 ,3 did a Pick 3...and had $5 on the 2 Across...2 Wins, Profit $15, did 10 Pick 3's for $20, so down $5 after Race1 Race 2...$20 to win onthe 1..the 1 comes in to keep the Pick 3 alive....profit $18 Race 3, Have the 1,2 and 4 for the Pick 3 Winner. The 5 Was scratched, had to hedge with a $20 to win on 6, 6 wins, profit $16...so up $34! Race 4 $20 win on the 6....win $16, up $50.... Race 5 2,3,4,6 Superfecta for $12...Loss up $38 Race 6 2-4,2-6,2-7 $5 exactas Each Paid $72.40 win $181.....up $219 Race 7 First higher staked race of the day $26,000!!!!, thus the better horses should win, not the longshots that can easily win the $5000 nag claimer races we have been seeing all day that has had huge favorite after huge favorite win....so $30 to win on 1, $20, win on 9 and $10 Exacta 1-2....The Longshot #8 comes in to pay like $40 to win! $60 loss!!!!!!! So a $159 day, solid day....tipped the bar guy $10 for the free drinks. Buffett could use some work...Ham/wheatbread/American cheese or tuna salad or white fish, pretzels, brownies and cookies....cookies were good...but free drinks , good. Mulli did the public call for race #4 "Cowboy boots bringing up the rear....my daughter bet on that horse....." good laugh from the whole crowd. Brehmer making an appearance, not sure if he won big or not. |
