IT'S MOTHERFUCKING BASEBALL SEASON, NHL, AND NBA SEASON time

Yes I'm a long, long time reader of this board, but I finally got the bug to start contributing. So I'm a newbie; I expect to get roughed up a bit. This board has filled my lunch breaks for a few years now, I love it.

Love the Bears talk, although I admit, listening to some of the same talking points does get old. I listen to the hockey conversation just as a filler until they get back to the Bears. I wish Mac and his girlfriend Spiegel would go a little less on hockey and talk more football.....the one person at that station who should stop talking about the Bears is Zaidman. He's embarrassing. If I worked for the Bears, I'd call the Score and tell him to shut up.

I used to be a big fan of these guys, but lately all the Bears talk has been grinding my gears. I know it's a sample size, but I only get to listen from 6-7am, and lately everyday its all Bears. I'm fully aware that it's a Bears town and the NFL is huge, but how many times do we have to hear that they need safety help? Jesus H. Christ THEY AREN'T EVEN IN SEASON. I know the draft is in about a month, so give me some insight a week before. IT'S MOTHERFUCKING BASEBALL SEASON, NHL, AND NBA SEASON time. I don't want to hear the OT rule change discussed for more than 10 minutes, I don't GIVE A FUCK about what Brad Biggs says day after day, and I'm tired of hearing how short Tim Jennings is. Good god, one would think the NFL regular season is still being played with the amount of coverage this show gives NFL stories. Opening Day is about a week away, the Hawks are playoff bound, and the Bulls are desperately trying to play what appears to be basketball. FOCUS MOST OF THE SHOW ON THE SHIT THAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON. LOUD NOISES.

Welcome Jimmy K. I understand your frustration, but you are right, the Bears will always be a topic no matter the season. It will die down after the draft and baseball will be the main topic for a while until training camp. I am just trying to wrap my head around the hockey talk a little better. I have admittedly watched 2 or 3 Hawks games this season and plan on tuning in for the playoffs, but still don't feel like I know enough about what is going on. I can follow the puck a lot better than I used to though, so maybe I am making some progress slowly. Overall I like Mully and Hanley but I haven't been listening as much the last few weeks.

Not defending M &H here, but come on? Every show talks tons of Bear! B&b spent 30 mins today to start the show on the TE! LOL It's the Bears! Even run by assholes, still the most popular team around, even when they totally suck.

I like the football talk. I could give two shits about spring training and you can only run so many NCAA stories now that they are down to the Sweet 16. Bulls suck so that leaves Bears or Hawks to talk about and I am all for both
