This could have been ground breaking stuff, but was cut short before it got heated! Lavarr tried to steer everything away from the football program with the "Animal House Tactice" of "What we have here is an indictment of our society in general!" Unreal listening to this guy pushing it off to every other person, angle, etc other than Joe Pa! Even enlightening us with all the great things Joe Pa has done as if this somehow removes him from culpability in this disaster. Would like to give Mr Hanley kudos for taking Arrington to task each time he tried to change the direction of away from the football program, Hanley disagreed, early and often and said, NO, this took place on football facility grounds, with a football guy, with privledges achieved because he coached football and was great friends with Joe Paterno, who was aware of the charges and still gave this guy unlimited run of the facility. This is a program that needs a death penalty ASAP under the simple theory that a cleansing is needed and all coaches need to go away. See where they get hired? Players can stay at Penn State and go continue a free education, or can transfer anywhere immediately. |
