As Much as I did enjoy it, I have to say, Coopers act of just being a prick is getting old.

Did you really start two seperate threads about this?

Why do they continue to waste their time with this fucking cocksucker? Everytime I hear him I have the overwhelming urge to go to the Cell and punch this fat fuck. I wish someone at the Score had the balls to just unload on him. He's a cranky, surly, fucking prick. It's not even fun bad, it's aggravating, and those two idiots just let him shit all over them. Bad!

So, according to coop, they moved sale to starter, he is fine, had some soreness, which is normal, but not normal enough to leave in rotation but completely normal, and it's normal to send a starter that can't start to get an MRI, even though no one else is getting MRI for no reason and no one else is getting moved to the pen, and they're taking care of a player who doesn't need care but is getting it anyway even though he is healthy.

Mullly and Hanley are the worst guys to have him on

Mac and Spiegs, Boers and Bernstein, and even fill ins like Rosenbloom and Rosner would not let Cooper just run all over them.

Yes its the "Oh he is so nutty" excuse that was passed on Santo (Who was fucking nutty)

and how anyone thinks Mulligan is pissing in his pants when talking to Cooper cracks me up. The guy is trying to walk the fine line of asking him some questions, knowing Cooper is always 1 question away from hanging up.

Once again, Mulligan is the only guy who goes into locker rooms (specifically the Bears locker room) to back up what he says and writes all week. But Don Cooper is his fear?

Well said .... methinks their reluctance not only stems from not wanting the dickbag to hang-up on them, it's as much (moreso?) somebody above them probably has told them not to go for the jugular for whatever reason (e.g., uncle Jerry would frown upon it) ... kinda get the feeling across the shows, not just M&H - what other reason could there be for, say, B&B not just out and out saying Cooper is an asshole?

They have to ask the questions but you know you're not going to get a straight answer. That doesn't make Cooper any different than a million other guys. I think the Cubs position is still that Prior has a minor Achilles problem.
