Has anyone else noticed the obvious parallels between Mike Mulligan and his steam shovel and the Score's own Mully? In the book, Mike had an obsolete piece of equipment, a steam shovel named Mary Anne. In real life Mully is a writer working in the obsolete medium of newspapers. |
