This morning, they somehow wind up talking about Dick Butkus. Mully: Am I wrong to think Butkus must be a Sox fan? I mean, he's a Southside guy right? Graduated from CVS? Hanley: I thought he graduated from a pharmacy. *A few seconds of awkward silence.* Mully: What? Hanley [explaining the joke]: CVS? Mully: Oh. So he went to Walgreen High? WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF SHOW IS THIS?  ...for the whole mess. What the fuck, man? |

Love the promos for the Bears roundtable tomorrow. The only problem is Hanley really isn't a Bear expert. Most of the guys on it are a tough listen. |

If I have a really early drive I'll switch it on and think "I'll give it a shot, every single show can't be some of the worst sports radio in history....can it?" And within 2 minutes I will be pleasantly surprised that it is, indeed, some of the worst radio in the world, ever. |

I can't listen to Mulligan at all. I remember when the Sox got Ken Griffey, Jr. The goof pretended the Sox got the REAL Ken Griffey, Jr. and not the one legged over the hill variety. |

That Bears roundtable was really groundbreaking. Basically an extended Bears hit. At least I dont have to look at that terrifying pic of all the participants on the Trib's website anymore. Handsome, handsome crew. Also, Leary writes in the Tribune now? Wtf? |
