That was classic. After his appearance in the Cubs' booth a couple weeks ago, did they expect that to go well? Turn up the volume! |

I missed that, but liked the Dallas Green interview. Toward the end they asked him about gun legislation since his granddaughter was murdered. He said he hoped they got something done in Congress about assault weapons. Somebody (815 area code of course) texted Mully saying they should have confronted Green about his radical thoughts. |

I think the time has come to stop interviewing Ernie out of respect to him. I'm serious too. Let's respect the fact he is now an elderly man who might be babbling a little more in his senior years. |

Sound issues, long pauses on the questions that were heard, Ernie several times asking to "turn the volume up" as he couldnt hear, seemingly talking to someone else in the background, and then silence as the line went dead for a 2nd time. Paterno like. |

Paterno like. Yikes. Sounds like the John Madden interview B&B did a few years ago. Uncomfortable. I agree with Jimmy that they probably should think about not having this guy on. |

Yeah, although he can still get some good mileage by being wheeled out to events so people can take pictures with him and he doesn't have to say anything more than Let's Play 2! |

I love that Ernie has to wear Mr. Cub hats so that people don't think he is Ronnie Woo Woo |
