yeah, i'd like to be adopted by them too. Aparently mr keteyian spent three months with the rickets and found out:

A. There is a plan in place
B. The Rickets are real nice people.

Took a reporter to show me there was a plan in place. Yeah, I god damn fucking get it, but I have to admit hearing that a plan is in place but it is being held up because of this rooftop shit just gets me more and more pissed off.

Handley pointed it out again this morning. Go to the courts and end it either way.

Of course you need to show up with the guy who did the deal and wrote a one page agreement that I could have written up in 10 minutes, which might have been OK but the agreement was the result of a bad situation to start, so to not think about the future on this one, is fireable.

Go to court, lose, and then what? For such a simple one page document aren't there enough smrt or smar lawyer types who can get the Ricketts what they want?

The rooftops represent the perfect foil for ownership on what they would do if.... They knew, or should have known going in, their situation with the rooftops and put together a plan to be competitive based upon what was, not what if.
