Caught the tail end of "Tool of the Weak" on Murph's show. Going out to Bruce for asking Mark Buerlhe about his contract status after the no hitter....

Actually, I don't have a problem with Bruce asking about this - his contract was one of the first things to pop into my mind after the joy died down. Clearly, it has an effect. Considering the amount of angst written and spoken about his contract BEFORE this, it should be talked about. Someone tell Murph to write this on his yellow pad - Fuck off!

Murph, eh? ....not a big fan. If Bruce didn't ask, someone else would have.

I wonder if Bruce would have asked that question if Buehrle pitched for the Cubs?

Ya.... that's borderline tacky on Bruuuuuce's part. Let Buerhle enjoy his day atop the world.

Don't bring him down with any negative questions.

True, Grid, but what does Bruce do that isn't tacky.

A) True dat, Bruce is tacky most of the time

B) I never commented on this thread, so I don't understand what you're agreeing with.
