Who's all showing that isn't doing the golfing in the morning?

I went by there recently and with all the construction on the Tri and I-80, it took about 2.5 hours from the northern burbs. And that was not at morning rush hour. Good thing Doug is starting his cross-country trip to the outing tonight. For you guys coming from the city, be forewarned. It's a mess on almost every road that gets you there. But then we could probably make that statement about any place in the area these days.

I also wonder: Is this is the first remote being held outside WMVP's listening area? I drive downstate on occasion and have noticed the signal is weak around I-80 and dies just south of I-80.

The location does seem like a good halfway stopping point on the way to Louisville for this weekend's Kentucky Derby. But alas, I'm not going to the Derby. Enjoy.

Yeah that is probably the best way. My only concern is whether we should even try to take 90/94 to 57 or just take Ashland to 57. The Dan Ryan was apparently a parking lot today and I don't want to get caught in that.

Yup, it was red both inbound and outbound down to 95th. I work from home so don't know if this is a regular thing or not but it would probably be safer if we just took Ashland/Western down.
