I listened to Hood yesterday during an extended drive home. It is clear this guy is better than all of the other fill in/weekend hosts and a good number of full time hosts. Is the industry so vindictive that they will not put talent on the air because of one indiscretion?

Not only is he the best guy on the bench, he is better than half of the starting lineup (Silvy, Waddle, Harry). I can't listen to MJH with the Cubs playing well because of Harry. The way he carries on, you would think the World Series is a lock.

As a die-hard Cubs fan, I almost have to agree with you on this. It is a very hard listen. If not for my dedication to the show and the station, I would probably be listening to the program down the dial.
