They've played this spot non stop during MJH and it may have already topped Jeffin Trotter levels of annoyance for me. First of all, he has the porn name of Armondo and is calling himself the "Real Estate Flipping Machine". He does this Micro Machines style fast talking telling us to buy his system so we can flip houses in what everyone knows is a disastrous market. Worse scumbag than John Shibley at Lenox Financial? Too early to tell, but I say maybe. I'm going to have to turn to B&B to get away from this scumbag.

For some reason I watch all of these shows. Armondo was one of 2 replacements on "Flip That House" when the original Trademark Team (from South Carolina) took their show to HGTV and became The Real Estate Pros. Armondo is from San Antonio & comes across as a cocky jerk (his brother was also partner in the firm but left in a dispute). The other replacement was a guy from Atlanta who actually did turn out to be a con man. He lied about the repairs to the houses and in some cases claimed to have sold them when they hadn't. And before anyone says it...I realize that is more information than anyone really cares for on the subject. Sorry.

I am thinking about donating my car this year.

i also watch flip this house. i find it hilarious that this prick armando is trying to scam money out of people. the reason he is doing this is because the market SUCKS right now and he is not making money flipping houses so now he wants regular folk to pay him so they go out and lose their shirt trying to sell houses in this market.

It's always a pyramid scheme; it's just evident to everyone at this particular time.

I'm too lazy to google him but I've seen some blogs that basically show that he's got to be losing money left and right because of the market downturn since he's had a large number of foreclosures in the area. He had a good story to set the stage for the show (came to SAT in a ton od debt and turned his business into a profitable one yada yada) but in the end, it all seems like a fraud.

The biggest no brainer in the history of the world.

The real way to get rich quick in real estate is hotels. You know, like how the guy who always beat you in Monopoly always had the hotels. It's just like that.

You can hear more about that weekend mornings, in between discussions about the Bulls playoff chances and how to fix a leaky roof.




Let's say hypothetically for a second that some type of legislation occurs where these guys "selling their services" are no longer allowed to do so over the airwaves. Who would be left to buy ad time? Seriously. Or would that beget the end of sports talk-radio?

He's selling his "system" because the housing market sucks and he's probably having a hard time making a lot flipping homes these days.
