I cracked up when I saw this and figured it's not just Mac and Zederman who tell the paying customers not to "ask how they are doing". I think Slappy is the caller by the way....... You just egg the callers on to ask them by asking them not too. Thank GOD we don't live in Philly.

i think there's a valid point about bringing it up in the screen, if you put it in their head "how ya doin" even if you're telling them NOT to say it...maybe it just triggers it.

I might have actually heard that broadcast...I think it was Eskin's show. And that "Happy Gilmore" thing sounded really familiar. Hmm...
