i rarely wear mine, unless i am going to a game, or hosting a group of friends to watch a game or something. i never throw on my cubs home jersey to go grocery shopping, or my new jersey devils jersey to go to the hardware store.

I have a Flyers Eric Lindros authentic jersey  . Boy, if I could only go back in time and cancel that order.

And I only wear my jersey if I go to the game (i.e Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks).

Rick Vaive. No. 27, right Chowderhead? I'm envious. He was a tough player in the crease... occupied a lot of bodies while the better skaters freelanced and got good looks. Nicely done.

Yeah Mac, the 27. It's now a 1/2 shirt on my 6'3" three and a half balloon frame, but my 9y.o. son wears it for hockey practice.

And I know, you are extremely happy for me...

Is there any other city in the world where so many adults wear sports jerseys so much? I have only lived in 6 major cities, so that's not a fair sized sample of experience, but I haven't seen one that compares. Sure there are sports geeks and goobers in every town who wear jerseys to games, but Chicago seems to have more than its share of adults who wear them on the street, to work, etc.. It's like part of the sports fan culture here. I don't get it.

I wear my jerseys...including the outdated lame ones...all the time! Yeah, I'm a dork. I know it. I don't care.

Speaking of Arizona Wranglers, does anyone have an Alan Risher #7 Wranglers jersey? I'll denounce my Eagles fandom if someone actually does...O.K. maybe not.

If I ever were to wear a jersey, Mugsy would be a good one, considering all the times the guy went coast to coast. But I'm almost a foot taller than he is (and a foot wider than the average jr. high schooler). But thanks for thinking of me.

NY! I love the fact that I could go to NY for Business, be in some decent bar for a drink and you get grown adults walking in with Rangers jerseys on before going to the game.

Also Boston! Authentic Red Sox jerseys are considered formal wear to many occasions.

P.S. I have a Bryan Knight Jersey! Buffone convinced me this kid was a steal! He was my sleeper.

I have a #45 jersey of Casey Urlacher of the Peoria Pirates. He was a FB/LB when I was a season ticket holder
