I really liked the Bears draft, but part of me wishes they would've taken Felix Jones and screwed up the slimy Jerry Jones' plans. Felix Jones to me looks like a homerun hitter...something the Bears haven't had in awhile. I think they could have found a really good O Lineman at their second pick. I also wish they would have taken a QB like Kevin O'Connell later in one of the later rounds. :?

Your crazy

Not a bad draft, but my falcons drafted a QB that I think will be a HUGE bust. Didnt like that pick.

I tend to agree with the idea that a 2nd round RB running behind a 1st round tackle is more productive than a 1st round RB running behind a 2nd round tackle.

It was part of the Andy Reid's sons' punishment.

I think they're stocking up on players that probably won't even be with the team. I liked the DeSean Jackson pick, but I would have preferred someone taller like a Limas Sweed or Mario Manningham. :(

What really good lineman was there in Round 2? Eight OT were taken in Rd 1. A guy like Duane Brown, who had a late 2nd early 3rd round grade, were already off the board.

The tackle was the right move.

You're probably right Dolphin. I'm still gonna keep an eye on how Felix Jones' career turns out.

As an aside, cbssportsline has an evaluation of next year's draft. Similar to this year, it is supposed to be strong at OT. Unlike this year, it is supposed to be strong at QB. Good move by JA passing on the best of a bad crop this year when the best of a good crop should be available throughout the first round in 09.

It will be much easier to find a RT type in any draft than a LT even at the top of most drafts. Williams or Albert were the absoute right calls on Saturday and Albert would have to learn the position.
