While using the Stair Master at the gym last night (on yet another sure to fail commitment to mediocrity), there was a report on one of the news stations about the fat and calorie content of foods at some big name restaurants. I don't recall the exact number of fat grams or calories, but the Cheesecake Factory's mac and cheese has some ungodly amount of both. The closed captioning credited the reporter as saying the following to finish off the story: "You would be better off eating an entire stick of butter."

Hmmm...butter...

yeah not to mention that a serving of mac and cheese has about 2 days worth of sodium!

This will not be easy to find the right co-host for Mac.Maybe they should do seasonal co-hosts.I like Paruch a lot and also David Haugh isnt bad radio either.Haugh needs more time to work at it,but isnt all bad.No to Drinky or Zaidman, a maybe for Goff.
