I'm not surprised.

Those numbers were pretty important statistics as a 17-18 year-old in determining your future.

We should post ACT and SAT scores.

ACT = 24
SAT = 1210 (go figure)
3.85/4.0 GPA
22 of 88 class rank.

I couldn't get into U of I Engineering College with that in 1993.

Sounds familiar, had a 27 on my ACT and around 12-15 percentile in my class and got rejected from the U of I business school in 1991.

:evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

31 ACT, valedictorian of a class of 86 - 4.0 GPA Button 48

Damn, and Iowa was the best you could do? :wink:
I hope that at least they didn't make you pay for it.

Mitch,
ACT of 28, 3.6+ gpa, and 50th out of 511 wasn't good enough for the U of I business school back in '89 either. :x
Fuck'em

I did get a free ride and thus why I chose them over ND, Illinois, NU and DePaul.

I'm surprised by this Rob and it's too bad. You'd have been a fine addition to the UofI community.

I can only surmise that the 1989 entry CBA class, in particular, was exceptionally brilliant and, most likely, good-looking as well.

Massive West Suburban High School #4 Naperville Central

And thanks to post secondary education standardized testing I was able to overcome my abysmal academic credentials and actually qualify for a W2

:wink:

The Evanston Wildkits are in the final four and are going to state after their win over Mt. Carmel. At least one team in Evanston knows how to win.

What's really fun is challenging your kids to at least beat your scores. Kids always say they are smarter than their parents. I told them: Prove it. 1 of mine did.

Kid thinks he's smarter than me. At least we know he's more funny AND more popular.
