I was the author of the ymca entry.

I think WZ believes his entry was not liked as he also sent his in today and it was not mentioned. As I said to him; not mentioning his, they could be just saving the best till last. When they played his dane cook parody on Waddle & Silvy I was mid way through my composition and i just trashed it as I thought his was a winner. no point in playing his and having the masses give up

Zach, Mac did say they have "songs",, plural, but they only played one today. Regardless of how bad people may think it is (its not), your status as a board and event regular should probably get your tune played at least once.

donno, i wasn't too happy with it but i sent it in anyway--i was actually happier with the thing i did with boilermaker rick's song...

plus the song i did...i don't know, doesn't have that much to do with what they're thinking, and i don't think they'll find it all that funny.

but it is well produced.

i don't know that i want them to play it if it ain't that good, but i give a kudos to jagr for doing it himself.

i would have done it for you, but i would have dragged ass this week because i'm in between a bunch of projects--but i felt bad because i know you tried before with this and i didn't deliver then either...

This biggest problem I had was finding an instrumental version of YMCA. I couldn't. So using a free program called audacity and a microphone from High School Musical for the Wii I played YMCA on youtube and sang along with my lyrics.

i had found one on itunes and was going to download it when i was...going to do that for ya...i'm glad i saved my dollar though...there was no other reason to have that...

I have decided to enter. The project is done. I will win (even though it was a pain in the ass as I only had a video camera and a laptop w/o a mic to use...).
