I do think Mac will be back and we be making jokes about this, when he comes back he will give his apology, some callers will make jokes and that will be it, at least I hope. 2 reasons I think 1000 would be stupid to get rid of him, the funeral for 1000 in Chicago would start that day and the other reason is people would be flooding the station with calls especailly between 3-7, and what has been reported that Harry and Jurko are with Mac on this one, what would they, because they would have to try to keep their own jobs.

They have nobody right now that can replace Mac, Jurko would probably leave, because I could be wrong here, but doesn't he mostly get his job and keeps it beacuse of Mac. I could see Harry moving to the 9-noon shift, because I think he would really want it, so he can go to more Cubs games. So hopefully, they look at their ratings for the last 2 weeks, because I can't beleive a lot of people are listnening, that Mac is back in 2 weeks.

The other big news though if it is still MJH, there show would be from 2-6.

I agree that it sucks for the listeners because that show isn't anywhere close to the same quality with him gone, but Mac was aware of the corporate policy, probably reminded of it several times because of his past suspensions, and possibly given warning of future issues, then, no matter how ridiculous the rules probably are (especially when compared to the Score), why is it unfair to Mac ? Maybe the rules should be changed, but that's what they are. It seems to me that Mac just doesn't have much self control, and the same rules didn't prevent him from signing on the dotted line when it came time to get that new contract not long ago.

Bitch, just answer the question!

That's my Mac impersonation for the week.

I was going for more of a BEEEAAACHHH, then a simple bitch, however it is nearly impossible to show my talent in text form.

I'm having my super important husband call Jim Pastor and he will suspend you. Your absence from the board will not be explained in the General Discussion thread though.

A damn fine question. I posted around 7:30 or so. Then again, the web server is acting a little weird; maybe it got rebooted with the wrong time...

The one thing we need to keep in mind is that MVP does have a relationship with Comcast regarding sound bites from their broadcasts. And that I suspect is at the heart of the matter. I can see someone calling Bonnie Bernstein a bitch, for example, and seeing a lot less flak for it.

So, this is the second time Pastor gets to see if Jurko and Harry can keep the ratings on an even keel without Mac's contribute. Maybe he'd like to trade for "Score Hosts of Tommorrow", Drinky, Zach and LoHo... :P

The show? How about the station isn't anywhere close to the same quality with him gone.

Be careful what you wish for with the bureaucracy there Micky Mouse.

...speaking of Mickey:

When you suspend your only star
Makes no difference who you are
Shit programming and worse ratings
Will come to you

If litigation is in your dream
No request is too extreme
When you bicker over your star
As lawyers do

Like a bolt followed by afternoon thunder
Mismanagement is your consistent blunder
When you suspend your only star
Your ratings turn to goo
