awesome meeting/seeing everybody tonight. got to meet the legendary good dr., saw WR for the first time in too long; grid, always a pleasure. same goes for HHJ, Mitch, and Doug. Great meeting donspiracy as well, and the biggest Bears fan of them all...Frank Coztansa. He ruffled a few feathers with some bearded guy whom he thought was Keeping Score...

and I'd like to know how donspiracy did with our czech waitress...

Wish I could have stuck around for the game but you looked like a rowdy crowd and I figured I needed to get out of there before the shit went down.

Yea, godd job saying goodbye Doctor. That's the last time I ever refer to you as the good doctor again.

I realized as I was driving away that I didn't see Ryan. So, figured that I should turn around and go back to say "so long". But, then my car broke down and the police detained me for some questioning. Then, with my car impounded, I figured if I walked back to HC's, I could get there by halftime and you might still be there. But, then a wet microburst let loose from the skies and the cold weather turned it to flying shards of ice. As I tried to protect myself, I lost sight of traffic and was struck by a two-tone Toyota Prius. Luckily, the lack of horsepower from such a hybrid limited the number of broken bones. After shrugging off the paramedics and insisting that they let me just walk it off, that I had somewhere to be, I continued on my journey back to say goodbye. After saving a cat from a burning shed and stopping a gang of young toughs from terrorizing a group of elderly tourists, by this time, I looked even more haggard than usual. As I limped up to the reception desk at Harry Caray's, I was informed that I was not to be allowed in looking as I did. I said, "THAT DUDE OVER THERE HAS A REX GROSSMAN JERSEY ON! YOU LET HIM IN!" They did not understand my point. At that point, things got a little violent. The police were called in and I was headed back to the hoosegow. Luckily, by this time, I was able to bail myself out a second time, get my car from the impound and go on my way. Then, I thought I should head back to say goodbye but there was some road construction outside the jail and I didn't think it was worth the effort to use the detour.
