Just as an update, Mrs. Grid has indicated that the daughter is back to her normal self today.

I can't wait for the eye rolls whenever I talk music.

I let her into GRID'S MUSIC WORLD by sharing my I-pod with her for an hour last night while we waited for the preliminary test results.

Her comment: "Dad, your musical taste is awful. I think I'd rather listen to Mark, Jerko and Harry!"

With that comment last night, I knew she was on the road to recovery.

Another highlight was some crazed saucer eyed guy named Dan, who looked like Steve-O from Jackass.

He was convinced Harry had a hair weave, and you could tell the Tiny One was annoyed and uncomfortable around the guy. So naturally, I persuaded the guy to pull off Harry's toupee, which I told him was a regular occurrence at the station on commercial breaks. So the guy got a childish grin across his face and went for it. Tiny wasn't amused. Harry's best line "Who the hell gets a grey hair weave!"

Yeah those girls, and that one in particular went from being pretty cool to all kinds of crazy in half a second.

otherwise it was a lot of fun; good hanging with doug and hawk, and earlier with darkside, NSJ, carmen, grid, the tiny one, and jurk. yeah steve-o was a character.

details...details. let's see, did some hitting on women, check. funny thing was, one of these women, hawkeye had 'eyed' i guess turned out to be a lesbian. i went up to her for him, because i had some liquid confidence, and her friend or girlfriend was a total bee-yotch, and all I said was, "no my friend thinks you're cute that's all, i was going to ask you to say hello to him," and the lesbian was like...you know just laughing it off. the other girl, man...like giving me MAJOR 'tude! yeesh!

i was hitting on some young blond, but i think she rather wanted to spend time with this douchebag outside so i let it go. palatine women...they just ain't where it's at.

very good meeting darkside and NSJ, good times, good times.

Nope. I got there looking for a black guy to say "Hey dark bastard" to so I could get my free beer. To my chagrin there were none in the entire place so I didn't get my beer or the punch to the face I was expecting. To soften the blow of my disappointment though Darkside kindly tried to channel the inner brother inside him and ordered strawberry daquiris all night to drink.

i have never had "material"...I thought it was pretty funny, especially if it wasn't true that they were lesbians.
