It can be both clever and sissified ;)

I had better words probably to "Manway to Heaven" but it ended up sounding too cheesy.

Well I tried again, and I'll send it to them tomorrow morning, just for the hell of it...I don't know where the hell this came from but...set to REM's "Losing My Religion", this is "Choosing Inebriation"...

it probably doesn't stand a chance against any of these, especially doug's (damn good!!!!) and it's more depressing and stuff...and it's written from a perspective of someone like 30 years older than me but whatever...

It's a tragedy, for both parties, that I am not eligible. I'll keep myself busy going a-maying the day before.

Liked it...Prob not going to win, but still creative, especially the last 30 secs...At the very least I'm sure you can get some support from the tiny one.

I thought it was good but yes a little depressing.

I did find myself singing My favorite things today.

I have an idea for an AC/DC tune but if someone wanted to grab it and run with it go ahead. I put a little bit of it together and you guys can have it.

TNT AC/DC IS NOW m.j.h. BY Stu

See me sitting in my hall of fame room watching my flat screen T.V. out for all I can get listening to Mac, Jurko and Harry if you know what I mean,

Zederman to the left of me , Finji to the right , Aiant got no gum but I have my Miller lite, But don't start no fight, bacuase Im MJH They're dynamite,

MJH, they'll win the ratings fight,

MJH, Thye'll blow your load,

MJH, Thye'll eat till they explde

Jukos Dirty, Mean his underware is not clean but he's a wanted man

Fill in the rest

Doug... loved the "My favorite things" parody. I have 3 girls (and 1 boy)... I have all those songs engrained in my head. I hope I don't start inserting "strip clubs, porn stars, and walk-off homers" into that song when my kids are around.

o.k...
so, here's the deal.

[dick pic]
Since I happened to obtain sweet, sweet victory
[/dick pic]

and I cannot attend because of shitty work...

Wheaton Zack and Frank Costanza get two of the four spots.
Why?
two reasons:
1. Zack and I have had a running agreement on a couple of past entries to take the other guy if we win...also, I know Zack needs a good non-violent MAN day. :D
2. Frank is a fellow MJH emailer, remote attender, musician, song contriubtor, and a cool dude (as far as I'm concerned) :P

So, I have extended an invite to Woodridge Ryan because he asked me to go last year. Pay it forward.

That leaves one spot open for sure and possibly two if Ryan cannot attend.

I'm not sure how to exactly move the other one (possibly two)...
btw: I'm excluding those of you who have attended past Man or MJH outings, with the exception of Woodridge Ryan.

Board Contest amongst those that sent in parodies?
Should I get ahold of Ted Rafferty?
1000 posts in a night contest?
Do I just play "my favorites"

Suggestions?

One last thing:
I pushed for Spaulding at the remote but I think I'd have to rip up my man card if I gave her a spot.

This could be interesting. I haven't golfed a true round in probably 10 years. I've always been able to hit the ball ok, and straight for the most part, but putting and chipping could be funny to watch. If I break 125 I'll be happy.

I'll make sure I do one hole with just my putter though.
let the inneundoes fly...

No offense but using the song choice you did already took that card, threw it on the ground, stomped on it, pissed on it, doused with gas and put it on fire. It's gone...

That would be the manly way to do it.

He probably made a super-cute scrapbook page for it with some crocheted flowers while drinking chamomile tea.

Congratulations Doug.

I was in the car with my father when they announced the winner. I proudly told him, "I know evergreen park doug". He did not seem impressed.

On another note, when he heard the name Teinowitz, he immediately knew the name because of Harry's dad. I figured Harry was wealthy...in reality Harry is WEALTHY, WEALTHY...like, family would not have to work for several generations wealthy....like, father's partner has buildings at NU named after him wealthy.

I sent in a 3rd attempt to 50 Cents, In da Club. Mine was In da pub and it was awful. My rapping is worse than my singing.
