Where is this joint in Skokie anyway? No promises here, but is anyone else going?

Are you coming from downtown or Evanston. Either way, it's in a mall at Touhy and Central next to the Village 18 Theatre.

This would be one that I would go to. Unfortunately, I am going to a play tonight and will not be coming home after work.

Are you seeing Wicked? If so, I'll meet you in the lobby during intermission (lord please tell me there's an intermission!!) and over a triple scotch on the rocks we can discuss why I think the Indians are the Sox biggest concern this season.

No, I'm going to a play at the Chopin Theatre called Strangerer. I don't know much about it. It was supposedly written by Camus and will be performed in a manner that comments on the Kerry-Bush debates. The odd thing is that I don't remember much about Kerry-Bush. Gore-Bush was far more interesting, and by interesting I mean aggravating.

Oh, and I thought Wicked was incredibly average with only one good song. It's definitely a female musical.

I remember Kerry Bush really well. Was like watching a senior in high school debating with a 7 year old. Even if you disagree and think everything bad about kerry, after watching all three debates I dont know how anyone with a brain could be like, yea this bush guy seems to know what he's doing and what he's talking about. I can't even tell you how much I laughed.

However watching Cheney and Edwards might have been funnier. It was like watching the grumpy old man next door that you are too afraid to sneak in his yard to get your football vs. some jackass Frat guy who when in doubt would just smile.

I'd go, but I've got to change the screens on my screen doors in preparation for Spring. In the grand pantheon of life, this task trumps a Marc Silverman hosted remote. ;)

Thanks for the directions, GD. I know the shopping area of which you speak.

Ryan, what time would you be able to make it there? I likely could get there around 5:30 or a little later.

So this all hinges on me, huh? If I go, you go and if you go SPMack goes and...

And just to clarify here...I'm not going because it's Silvy and Harry. I don't go to remotes to listen to shows. Most places, you can't hear them anyway. If I want to hear the show, I'd tune in. If I go it's merely to have a cold one with board buds.

Coast, I wouldn't be able to get there until 6:15 and yea, just a drink or two with board members. If you are up for it, I'll be there then.

I'll be there briefly at the beginning and maybe later, too. I have my 1 year old with me today and he's sick. So, I can stay out long... even though I live 5 minutes from the place. :(
