Seeing that Grid Iron and Bong Water Chad are the only two guys who contribute to the show , what other callers would Mac invite..I like when the Good Doctor sends in his thoughts and WR will sneak in some how but what other guys or girls?

You need to have all of Keeping Score's suspects on the list to see how many actual bodies show up.

I remember the last time I was at Mac's pool...

Woodridge Ryan spent the day pulling Harry's speedo out of his ass crack.

that was the same day linda s. did a cannonball and emptied the pool...

It seems Stu and Doug should have front row seats at Dan's get together. Most of the show has been topics by those two guys and sprinkle some quotes by Frank and NITB and there is your party Dan .

I like the fact Dan takes things off this board and incorporates it into the show. My only concern is that BF begins to charge us or MJH to use the site .

Fun stuff today .

And then when the people sitting poolside wiped the water from their eyes, Woodridge Ryan was at the bottom of the empty pool biting into a Baby Ruth.

I have emailed the show about 3 or 4 times but Mac never reads any of my emails on air.

Ditto. I stopped emailing a while ago. I figure three strikes and I'm out. But you are so witty, it's probably just a matter of a few more emails...or change your name to doug from evergreen park.

i like emails better than phone calls. makes for better radio. sometimes i just really tire of the "hey guys, how's it goin?", pause, "we're doing good, how are you doing?" "well i just want to talk about how the sox..." etc.

and i KNOW they tell you before you get on the air DON'T ASK THEM HOW THEY'RE DOING JUST GET TO THE POINT. people still do it though! THEY STILL DO IT!

i think sometimes though it is instinctive to say...but make a conscious effort.

there that's my rant.

I think it would be cool if they did like Tony Kornheiser used to do, hang up on the caller if the ask "how are you doing?"

After being on hold for so long you would think the caller has figured out that they are fine as 3 other callers have just asked how they are!

In the callers defense, they don't always tell you not to ask them how their doing.

Based on the unplugged hour yesterday, their moods can change at a moment's notice, at least Harry's, so it is vital to know their frame of mind IN THAT MOMENT.

As a listener, I like to chart their moods throughout the show as well.

Never called, occassional email. They've read as many of my posts from here on air as emails.

I've often wondered if the hosts get bonused for how many callers they have.

Wonder np more, they do NOT get bonused on calls.

Look for the sharper hosts though to try and get some more paper in the future from text messages.

I'm wit ya. Occasionally when I'm back in the warehouse, I'll yell aloud "get to the point, fucko!" Sometimes the guys will even say, "we wanna go rapid fire, so we're fine; go ahead and get to your point. Mike, in Downer's grove, what have ya got for us?"

"How's it going guys?"

Argh!

Mac , what happen to all your star callers from the Score days? The Patio Steve's , Cleveland Mike , Cheese Head Scott's, 9 iron ???

You could full up a pool with your old callers.

It's probably more of a SCR thing, but why then, I wonder, do they give out the number and ask for more calls when they seldom get to them all?
How many times have we heard someone say, they're no longer on the Edens but have now arrived home in Hobart?

I'll hang up and listen for my answer...
