Yes. I give him a try every now and then. This guy literally says nothing all the time. He's the most generic talker ever. Not just in radio. In life. Work and/or bar conversations are more interesting then him. "Golly gee, Jurko, I don't know". That's him in a nutshell. |

Carmen is alright. I can see someone saying he is bland. He is a good host that keeps things flowing. I think he would benefit from a stronger partner. Jurko has his good days and bad days and when he is checked out the show suffers. I'll still take a bland Carmen over anyone at the Score. |

Carmen is horribly bland and unlistenable. He also says his producer's name, "Danny," an inordinate number of times. A good rule of thumb for radio hosts is, "if this guy was my neighbor, would I hang out with him?" No to Carmen, Goff, Bernstein, Spiegel, Holmes. Yes to Parkins, Kap, Waddle, McNeil, Boers. |

I agree that I wouldn't want to hang out with Carm. He comes off stand-offish and guarded. I would add Silvy to the hang out group. You can bust his balls and he won't get pissy. Easy going and fun. |

One of my neighbors reminds me of Carmen. I'll acknowledge him but I'll be damned if I'm ever going to be stuck talking to him. |
