Post subject:  MANNIVERSARY

I know the boys are putting together the 2nd annual Manniversary on May 2nd and I propose that Mac takes a few guys from this board (some type of contest on this board) and tips his cap to all and reward us .. We seem to have given him and Harry and Jurko tons of Fodder for the grill on their show latley and we should be rewarded for it .

How about IT Mac?

He should make an exception for Linda S. She was sad she could not attend last year.

Maybe a wing eating contest.

Although I wouldn't like my chances against the walking buildings that apparently populate this board.

I will scheme a way for two foursomes to be chosen from the boards, giving you cats a total of eight spots. Question is... how do I make it a fair procedure and not show favoritism to my favorites, such as Sleuth and Soup Fan Anthony, a fellow Alice Cooper nut?

I could be fair.

why i should be chosen for the manniversary in 100 words or less.

Too easy.

Make it 10,000 words or more.

Although I wouldn't make it, how about the top 7 from the recently compiled list of Favorite Posters and the top voter getter in the Least Favorite Category?

I like the idea J...But with all the duel posters we don't know how good or bad that might work .You might have 1 guy show being all 8 people.

Put names in a hat that want to go and pull names either on the air or have a member of this board go down to the station and do it live on the chat line. Have Ryan , Grid , Slappy or one of Mac's guys like Finji pull names. I say BF should get an automatic bid for this being his board.

Also , guys who do not listen to MJH should be excluded.

Great call. Anyone who recently voted for B&B in the recent poll is OUT!

I'm with Stu. The one who MUST get an invitation is BigFan.

It has to be a process that gives each person an equal chance to both become eligible and win. Stu's idea is as good as any. It doesn't really have a radio payoff though.

I'm hoping for an "A's Game" contest so we can look like a complete dope like their first caller.

Do what Salisbury & Rosenbloom did and give them to the 8 hottest members. It's a great idea and great radio.

Potential problem for Manniversary

With Justin Craig in charge now and try to keep everything completely 110% in line with the mothership, I've got a feeling that this will not be a man only event (which is fine). Last week, Craig was not only big on NO WING EATING contest but also Men and Women both getting chances in the day for tickets. I think Linda S will get her chance.

If this is true, I don't think this is the kind of man outing that I thought it was.
