Mac just threw down the gauntlet and protested that "NO women will be allowed at the "MAN" iVERSARY !

In protest to this "Imus" like stance, I will be listening to Kathy and Judy for the rest of the week ..I've got your back SPAULDING !!!!

Chris, was that you that called in to protest? Because it actually sounded a lot like Brian Swaw even though it was "bill" or "Bob"

Yeah it looks like the Corner Tavern is a g ay bar!!!

I can understand why they don't want women around. This is a generalization but many of us are not great at golf and might slow down the day. You open yourselves up to keeping company with the wrong type of women for the day and there is no way to police it.

On the other hand it makes me kind of sad to be a loyal P1 listener and be excluded from the yearly celebration because I'm short one appendage. I'm okay at golf - not this year though - and would very much enjoy the racing.

Well I have to go light my partylite candles and make my tastefully simple dips...I'm hosting BUNCO tonight.

Yea, I'm going to have to say Spaulding should be allowed to have the chance to be in. I'm pretty much just against transvestites, so that leaves out Linda S.

And yes, I know, "cram it!"

Stu, this no reason to torture yourself.

Thanks for the support, it truly is appreciated. As much as it pains me to say this, the outing might suffer if it were open to women. For your enjoyment keep it a sausage fest.

Here is my thought- or two- Any woman that listens to ESPN probably has some interest in sports on one end or is a very knowledgeable about a variety of sports. So if there is a sports related outing and she can handle her own, why not? She even may be single. Spaulding can hold her own so maybe there are more of her out there?
Now Spaulding- get back to scrapbooking and I would like my sweater knitted in an Extra Large

I'm in agreement with most on the board. Dare I say it's a bit gay for grown men to pull the "no women allowed" shit? It's fine if you're 5 years old and you think girls are creepy, but it's weird when you're 55 and you're still pulling the Al Bundy "No Ma'am" card. It's 2007 guys.

Like last year's Manniversary, I don't care that women aren't invited.

With no ladies around, guys can be guys. They can talk freely about whatever they want, make dirty jokes... etc.

However, something tells me that me and three of my hottie sorority sisters would fit in pretty well.

Look at it this way, at least you guys won't have to look at Spalding's large-bellied pregnant arse all day!

Last year, H. Tienowitz said he would have a ladies day for the show. Nothing came of it so I'm not going to be looking for anymore of his false promises this year.

I don't know dude, that's a lot of money. I'd do it without hesitation. The key is to get yourself liquored up enough not to remember afterwards.
