There was no money lost. Trust me. Winnings all around. Money was flowing like water at Balmoral today.

Good to hear Hawkeye. How is Balmoral by the way? I usually play the ponys at Arlington, is Balmoral worth the drive?

Harry's advice was no help at all. We all won some good money but I won most of mine at Hollywood. Balmoral's purses didn't pay much. Ended up over $750 for the day which was pretty surprising. The wife isn't complaining any more now.

Good for you! Did you tell her you won $400?

good one spaulding, but if he's really smart he told her that he won $50-100 and that dinner at her favorite restuarant this weekend will be on him.

But the question is....

Did you bet the good kid in the horse race?

That horse race was absolutely hilarious live. If we hadn't been there I wouldn't have believed they really did it. They went around the entire track and afterwards Harry and Jurko had dirt all over them and looked like they had been in a war. Got some good pictures of Harry looking like crap. I was too excited about winning $700+ on only $50 in bets throughout the day so told wifey when I got home. Handed her a $50 and she was good to go. Hell, that's MY money.

Watch it or she might start complaining again. $50 out of $750 is not very much. OF course if I were in your situation I'd have been the oen at the racetrack.
