Considering Mac opened this topic yesterday, I'll chime in. (Yes, boys, some of us do share an hour of "Dancing" with our wives on Mondays). But I was disappointed Mac didn't give us his recap of last night's final episode.

It's a pretty even match. None of them were very impressive last night and the dances were less than inspiring.

My odds on tonight's winner:
Laila Ali: 2-1 (only female gets favorite position over two males)
Apollo Anton Ono: 3-1 (a hot partner always makes a guy look good)
Joey Fatone: 7-2 (who is this guy anyway?)

Joey Fatone was in N'Sync.

A part of me wants to see Laila win it (until she starts talking). Otherwise, I'd like to see Apollo. Screw the "Fat" one.

Joey Fatone was in 'NSync.

Who knew Lance Bass from N'Sync added his middle initial to his last name.

His real name is Lance Ass - in more ways than one.

I don't really follow it, C2C. I just see when I'm in the room when my wife is watching. It's not one of those she makes me watch, like Sopranos. :-)

Reading Coast's Kiper-esque breakdown, I got the distinct impression that he's the impetus behind the decision to watch. ;)

I'd take Apolo Anton Ono at 3-1 odds. And, yeah, that chick he's with is really good.

I can't believe how many people that I respect watch this show.

We all have our guilty pleasures. I can't even accidentally find that show though...

But I get ragged on all the time for watching "Survivor" *and* defending that most of the time, it is a good show.

I'm going to get ripped on for sure, but for some reason I know that one of them actually modified their first name in order to come up with the letters for NSYNC...

Yeah, I'm pathetic...

Cash that winning ticket, Irish Warrior. How are you at picking football winners?

I watched the last 10 minutes of this show and from the clips of the 2 finalists I can see why men are "keeping thier wives company" when this show is on. The women are cute and barely dressed.

Mac please don't give away the winner on tomorrow's show. I don't want to hear from Barbara or that other guy again.

That about splains it.

Granted this thread is almost a year old, but I didn't want to start another one in the general discussion section.

Did anyone catch last night's episode? They had Def Leppard on for two songs - Pour Some Sugar on Me and one I didn't recognize. I have a bet with my wife that they lip sunk Pour Some Sugar on Me. It sounded too clear and perfect (just like it sounds on the album) to have been live. I'm sure Joe Elliot has lost some of his singing talent over the past 20 years. The second song sounded more "live" since the bass seemed a little too noticeable and the music itself seemed to be louder than the words being sung.

And a side note, that Edyta sure is something :D  .

Know the feeling Mackey. The wife and I were fighting last night as I went up to bed about 10:30 and she wouldn't let me watch the end of Wings game so I was forced to watch "Top Chef" and "THE Hills".

Needless to say the Dutch oven was working overtime after that fight. She finally left the room and I got to see the Wings go up 3 to 0 in the series.
