Former Oakland Athletic Bobby Kielty. Now I realize B. Kielty is injury prone but he has experience and is a switch hitter. He would be a perfect fill-in until A. Soriano comes back. B. Kielty is an upgrade over M. Murton and any other rookie brought up from AAA (E. Patterson, F. Pie). B. Kielty was released by the A on August 1. Thoughts? Linda S. |

I had the best taco today at T-bell .. It had ground beef, tomato, cheese, sour cream and extra red sauce. |

Good choice, Stu. I went with the Honey-Bacon Club (on wheat) from Quiznos. |

The chili cheese burrito is very underrated at Taco Bell, and it is easier on the stomach than many of the other selections. I still can't resist a good Mexican Pizza. |

Taco Bell is horrible but I love a Nacho Bell Grande or 7 layer crunch wrap. Linda I've missed you. Why do you abbreviate first initals for everybody else but use your last initial? You should change your moniker to L. Stupidslutskankho. Don't be such a stranger. |

Red Sox signed him. And contrary to what Harry's spouting off, there are a ton of Cub fans who would love to have Sosa back, including me. |

I don't know why I am the only one who sees this, but Erstad would be a great fit for the Cubs. He can bat leadoff, play every outfield position well, hit about .275 and cost you nothing. He is also the grindiest of the grindies. |

Bats are neither right nor left handed. Batters are. |

Good stuff...if you're cheap and don't like to cook, which both describe me very well. |

And this would mean, he and his $3.5 million option wouldn't be on my team next year. With that, I support your cause GD. |

You've got to get the Mrs in the kitchen to cook for you. |

Yeah, he could keep Soriano and Prior company on the DL. |

Well said... which is why I don't want him grinding his way into a wall at USCF next year. Kenny deemed that Rob Mackowiak at $4 million next year was too expensive of a bench / part-time player. Erstad will be the same at $3.5 million... no thanks. |
