Nice to see it back. Quite enjoyable. Only thing was that there was a bit too much debating. It's just a thumb. Why talk about it for a full minute. Other than that was great to seee the segment back.

i found today's Critics very regimented...

i also thought splitting it into two segments two hours apart was pretty weak - just go from 5:20 to 5:40... if it's strong carry it on until 6PM.

it's kind of like great sex before the orgasmic payoff. so if things are going great at the end of the first segment - just stop for two hours - and then when you have zero momentum, carry on.

also there's nothing worse than an explanation of rules over and over...

i thought bores and bernstine were the hand wringers... you wouldn't know it from listening to the usually enjoyable critics @ XL today which sounded a bit forced.

if I want to force something, this is what i prefer:

I didn't catch the first segment yesterday, but the 6:20 segment won't be getting sent to the Broadcast Museum anytime soon.
