What Harry brings to the show is that he can break down a Chicago game really good, because he will watch the whole game, knows his college football, and does have some good jokes some of the time. I think the main problem with Harry is not as much, but a little like Salisbury is hard to change. I know he wants to try and have fun with it, but people don't want to have fun, like if the Cubs or White Sox are losing and people are mad, he will try to have and people don't want that. In Closing, when Mac is gone, they might as well play a station bleep, because nobody listedns to the show.
Last week, I didn't listen to the station. Silvy/Waddle isn't compelling to my tastes (I'll listen to 'em, but Mully/Hanley are fine, too) Patrick's swan song was a negative, and Harry-All-Stars was the clincher.
It's all down to Mac; MJH is either compelling, or just run Sporting News Radio. No pressure, Mac
