I know MJH frown upon talking about Fantasy football but I'm in a new league this year and would love to hear a segment about drafting and some tips about players and teams .

I enjoy Harry's program on Sunday but they should do a preview about drafting the week of everyone's draft parties which seems to be starting this week for a bunch of leagues.

I would assume if this is done at all it would take place in the 'Unplugged Hour'.

I think they are aware that FF talk can be a turn off for a lot of listeners. At times, it can be a little annoying to here a host go on and on about how good his team is or what trades he's planning on making.

If there was a fantasy football segment, it would be littered with dumb callers. " hey guys, I have three RB's, I need to start two....LT, Frank Gore, and Garrett Wolfe. I'll hang up and listen for my answer."

Whenever I hear something like this, I can't turn the dial faster. It's not the callers fault, they obviously care about their team. Who doesn't? But that doesn't mean I want to hear about it.

I would be fine with straight football talk. People should be able to draw your own conclusions from that.

Listening to other people talk about their fantasy teams is like standing there and watching somebody play Golden Tee. I love FFL, but absolutely hate it on the radio & TV.

i also liken it to people talking about their own performances in poker tournaments.

"you won't believe this hand i had!"

ohh...

Usually they rank the QBs, WRs and RBs 1-10, and then post them on their website.

I can't wait to here where Mac has Brad Johnson ranked this year. ;)

Funny you should ask because that is exactly what the station is doing this weekend.

I'm pretty sure everyone was referring to 'On-Air' discussion on MJH....

...but thanks.
