I enjoyed the brief discussion of Finji's best opens. I think his absolute best was show which followed the dead pool where a caller picked Tug McGraw... only to have him check out 45 minutes later WHILE THE SHOW WAS STILL ON. The next day, Finji had an open re-racking the call which included audio of the press release of Tug's death followed by the music from Elton John's "Funeral For A Friend" and a Hawk "HE GAWN!" Finji's best.... IMO... and something I'd love to hear again. |
