Grid, since you posted this you have to take charge or there will be 47 different choices and the thing will die a slow and painful death...

Let's try to find a centrally located joint with lots of plasmas.

Real Time Sports in Elk Grove Village works for me, but let's get a consensus, and also figure out which game...

I vote moving this thread to the General Discussion area so that more people can get involved. There are a lot of people who would probably be interested who do not frequent this section.

That said, I'm open to whenever, I'll do my damnedest to get there whenever a consensus is reached.

I prefer not to mingle with listeners of some of Chicago's alleged sportsradio shows, that's why I posted it here. ;)

If you live in the city Elk Grove Village is like going to Woodridge, Mundelien, Evergreen Park, far far away...

What about Rosemont?

I vote for the Oct. Sun. 21 @ Eagles 3:15 PM game. Does anybody really want to make an outing that has anything to do with the Raiders?

Why don't we piggyback on some Score or ESPN event and then ask them to semi sponsor it?

We could invite Fred and his Missing Nuts

' Screw it...Mac or Slappy should have us all over. Mac said he would have us all over for a pool party but his untimely vacations threw a monkey wrench in that one ..So have us over for a McSherryland Sunday afternoon of food, drinks and football. Or will crash Slappy's house as He usally has strippers at his football parties.

6 Noon games? Are you kidding me? That sucks.

I like to watch the games sans pants so it has to be someplace that allows that sort of thing.

If I can get the hubby to let me out for an afternoon, I'm in. It would be fun. Eagles, Broncos, Raiders, or Giants look good for me. I should be mobile by then.

Nas, is your routine similiar to Cerrano's in Major League but instead of jobu there is a Rex Grossman bobble head?

Well, that's dedication, if nothing else. You'll not be seeing me there, I s'pose. Have fun with your No Homers Club.

I don't plan on watching any NFL football this year because of the Michael Vick situation so I guess I'm out.

I don't think the Raiders play NFL quality football so there might be some sort of loophole for your boycott.

Dolphin, of all things discussed on this board that's the one thing that turns you on?

Nas wont be able to make the Raiders game. He can only go if its a bad team they face, and the raiders are gonna make the playoffs cuz of the Great Daunte Culpepper, who probably isnt even starting.

lol... I didn't mention WHICH sportsradio show. The last thing I want is heavy breathers with their pants around their ankles looking for Julie Swieca.

Having seen it up close and personally, that is included in the not hot category. However, I am willing to stretch the truth for a joke and you are willing to be unbendingly literal to kill one.

No problem. I'm sure most of us would pay to see Spaulding give birth just for the peek.

I say Real Time in Elk Grove or Shoeless Joes.
about the same drive from the City or Mundelein.

10.21.07 vs. the Eagles.
