....... Slapdick and T. Waddle did. Shame on these fools for not paying a quick tribute during the 9:00 hour to 9/11. Not one mention out of neither of them during the entire first segment (approx. 20 minutes). I'd be willing to bet a professional like D. McNeil doesn't do the same. |

I understand if the news wanted to do this, and they probably should, but these shows are a break from reality. |

Linda, instead of worrying about whether or not a dumbass radio show pays tribute, why not pay tribute yourself? |

You guys are really something else. I'm not sure this is one of those threads you should be trying to be the one to make the most comical post. Part of the healing process is to talk about it. These two are on the mic in the nation's 3rd largest market during the EXACT minute those airliners crashed into those buildings and THEY SAY NOTHING? This isn't about mixing politics and sports - this is about being mearly 6 years removed from the largest attack on our country's soil in history. I don't know about anybody else on this message board but September 11, 2001 will forever be engraved in my soul. |

You have no credibility to say any of that stuff. |

disagree. a short mention of the tragedy and such should be mentioned in the shows open, but if people want 9-11 talk, there's numerous other TV and radio stations that will have memorials and such all day long. ESPN1000 is keeping to sports, and they should. |

What are they really going to say to make you feel better about that day ? This is a pretty stupid thread you've created. I'm sure there are many other stations, and shows devoting a large part of their programming to 9/11 so you should have no problem healing on a different program. |

By being one of the most insignificant posters here. She's simply a dumbass. Every new thread she starts is rooted in idiocy and every comment she posts makes many of us feel dumber for having read them. |
