Lately I have noticed Mac talking about what the Cub's should do, whether it's in reguards to the bullpen (use Marmol rather than Dempster as a closer) or with their line-up, in a way that suggests that he may actually be rooting for them. Is Danny woo-woo going to return?? Or will he be most joyous is the Cub's lose out to the Brewers on the final day of the season?? I would think it would be best for the station and sports talk radio in this town-if the Cubs do make the playoffs. Actually, should they win the world series (okay, okay, I know, it's the Cub's ) that would be the best case in terms of ratings. Will Danny woo-woo return???? |

Mac has said he wants them to win for a while now - that way he gets a company-paid trip to New York, Phoenix, or some other city he likes. |

I think he'll be happy either way. Maybe the suits should screw with him and send Silvy and Waddle on the road with the Cubs. |

He brought it up again just now. It's the story that drives the majority of his contrived enthusiasm. It makes his job easier to have the story that is Cubs potentially in the post season. Can't blame him for that. I appreciate the honesty. I hope he gets his wish and the Cubs get to the post season. If he's true to what he said today, he should be tacitly rooting for the Cubs to win the WS this season. Works for me too. |

I tuned in after the game and was pleasantly surprised to hear Harry wasn't on. So far, Jurko sounds far more interested and participates a lot more without the tiny one. Shows sounds good today, as it usually does without Harry. I just don't listen mush anymore, really because of Harry. |

I know, it should be under "breaking news". But if I recall, you aren't one of Harry's biggest fans either. |

I would who cares if Mac is happy if the Cubs make/miss the playoofs. As long as he analyzes the games to the best of his ability, that's all that I ask |
