For the love of God, MacNeil.

Hearing a promo for MJH's show celebrating the death of Bill Wirtz takes the biscuit. Talk about insensitive. I know Wirtz was an ass towards the fanbase, but there is something to be said about not speaking ill of the dead.

Especially, you know, on the day he freakin' dies. And even before their show starts.

I wonder how any of the MJH team would feel if it was one of them that died and we were on the message board here going, "For those of us who remember the days that AM 1000 was the Loop, today was a good day. Harry Teinowitz died today, and maybe this will bring AM 1000 back to glory days."

I would find that disgusting. They need to team these guys up with North; because they have about the same amount of class.

Terrible.

I think you are right. Little wonder the ratings keep dropping. The show has gone downhill rapidly. No class, not much entertainment value and little sports insight. I guess that sums up why, after many years of listening, I just don't much anymore.

I'll loosly quote Mac.

"Some people like vanilla and some people like laughing over a death."

To each their own.
