Mac has one coming up in the 4:00 hour. I suggest everybody calls in and if somebody knows the answer, post it here. The Prize is an HD DVD player...

Oooh I wonder if the question is going to be which Bear has played in the most playoff games.....and then Grid could call in.

You know the Gridster was coming up with some very OBSCURE trivia answers on Sunday.

Who was the guy making all the special team tackles during the Bears 2001 season. Answer Larry Wigham.

Who was that real lousy quarterback when the Bears played on Sunday Night Football several years ago. Answer Henry Burris. I think Hank's cousin is currently QBing the Jacksonville Jags. Man alive that dude sucks.

Because I was calling every one of Ron Turner's predictable plays before they happened. I had a little Steve Stone in me.... ;)

Henry Burris is a Bear I'll never forget. Not because of how poorly he played, but because of how poorly his helmet fit. Anybody remember this? His eyeballs were barely exposed. He looked like a pee-wee player that was too small for the uniform.

Let me hit you with another. Name a superbowl winning player who played his last game for the Bears that night.

Sorry wasn't clear. The game in question is the game Grid referred to. The player won a SB ring after he left.

I knew the Burris one. Sadly, I made the trip to Champaign to see that one. At least the beers stayed cold while I watched 5 FGs (none by the Bears).

Is the Super Bowl answer Roosevelt Colvin, I know he went to the Patriots in 2003 when the Patriots started 2-2 and then never lost again the rest of the season. My only issue if Colvin was hurt and out for the season again, but my guess is Colvin as the Bear that played his last game as a Bear when Burris started against the Buccanneers.

Yup. He was hurt in his first season with the Patriots when they won it in 2004, but he did start in the following one in 2005. So, that would take care of the injury question. There are two other Bears who ended up in NE and got a ring, Miller and Washington, but neither of them played in that last game of 2002 season. That's why I specifically stated that I am looking for a Bear who played in that game.

Besides Rosey Colvin, Jim Miller won one also with the Pats - thank you very much. He was their emergency QB in '04.
